RFU Executive Committee Bureau make changes to restart regulations and disciplinary rules

The Bureau of the Executive Committee considered the proposals of the RPL clubs on changes to the regulatory documents.

At the meeting of the RFU Executive Committee Bureau, it was decided to exclude clause 3.2.3 ("a team is considered ready for a match if, after the procedures to take part in the match, at least 16 outfield players and two goalkeepers are ready to play") from the restart regulations.

The Bureau of the Executive Committee also temporarily excluded from the disciplinary regulations part 2 of article 86, according to which for repeated failure to fulfill a fixture, a team will be punished by being given a technical defeat and exclusion from the competition.
