Ilya Shkurin opened his account for CSKA Moscow as his second-half winner made it two wins from two for the Armymen. Konstantin Kuchaev scored his second goal in two games, as well as collecting his second man of the match award of the new season, after Aleksandr Karapetyan had headed FC Tambov level just before the break.
