Kento Hashimoto scored the only goal of the game to help Rostov claim back-to-back 1-0 wins. The Japanese midfielder took advantage of a loose ball in the box to claim his second goal in two games.

Rostov move up to nine points, while Ural are still on five.

FC Rostov travel to southern rivals FC Krasnodar next on Sunday 30 August, while Ural Ekaterinburg are away again, this time to FC Sochi, on the same day.
