Ural are 90 years old!

The Russian Premier Liga congratulates Ural Ekaterinburg and their fans on the 90th anniversary of the club!

The history of the club began in 1930, when the first workshops of Uralmashzavod started working. In September 1930, the workshop team took part in the autumn championship of Sverdlovsk. 

In 1938, Ural played in the USSR Cup for the first time, and in 1947 they entered the USSR championship. Since the 2013/14 season, Ural have been playing in the Russian Premier Liga. Twice the team reached the Russian Cup final.
