Gritsaenko and Kostyukov seal Tambov win over Ufa

FC Tambov burst out of the relegation playoff zone with a comfortable 2-0 win at home to FC Ufa. Aleksey Gritsaenko gave Tambov the lead shortly before half time from Aleksandr Kaplienko's pass. Mikhail Kostyukov made certain of the result 10 minutes from time with his first goal of the season. 

FC Tambov jump above Ufa into 11th place, and take on Lokomotiv Moscow away next on Sunday 20 September. FC Ufa drop one spot to 13th, and host CSKA Moscow on the same day. Both sides have Russian Cup fixtures away from home on Wednesday 16 September.
