Christian Noboa became the RPL’s top goalscorer with his fifth goal of the season as FC Sochi claimed a valuable three points away to Akhmat Grozny. They remain unbeaten, and for the first time ever go top of the table, despite having only one shot on target and 37% possession.

Akhmat Grozny remain in seventh place on 10 points, and travel to take on Dynamo Moscow next up on Monday 21 September. FC Sochi go top of the table on 15 points - one clear of Spartak Moscow - and play Arsenal Tula away next on Sunday 20 September.
