2022 World Cup qualifiers: South America
Colombia 3-0 Venezuela
Zenit St. Petersburg midfielder Wilmar Barrios played a full match for the hosts, who scored all three goals in the first half. Two Akhmat players appeared for the visitors: defender Wilker Angel played the entire match and earned a yellow card, and striker Andres Ponce came on in the 67th minute. In the next round of qualification, the Venezuelans will host Paraguay at home, while Colombia will play away against Chile.

Burkina Faso 3-0 DR Congo
Dynamo Moscow midfielder Charles Kabore and Khimki striker Mohamed Konate have been called up to the Burkina Faso national team for their October games. They will play their next match on 12 October against Madagascar, and will resume qualifying for the African Cup of Nations in November.
Kenya 2-1 Zambia
Arsenal midfielders Kings and Evans Kangwa played the entire match for the Zambians and did not score. On 11 October, their team will play a friendly match against South Africa on the road.
Nigeria 0-1 Algeria
CSKA striker Chidera Ejuke received a call-up to the senior national team of Nigeria for the first time, but remained unused on the bench against Algeria in Klagenfurt. On 13 October, Nigeria will face Tunisia in Austria.
