Spartak vs Rostov to be held in Moscow with spectators

The local health authority has set a quota of 2,730 spectators. It made changes to the restrictions that had previously been imposed on Spartak. 

At the matchday 13 fixture against FC Rostov, which will be held on 31 October, the Otkritie Arena can be filled with no more than 6 percent of the total capacity (2,730 spectators). Spartak must also adopt a set of preventive measures.
