Alan Dzagoev scored the only goal of the game to send CSKA Moscow top of the Russian Premier Liga table for the first time in 13 months. The midfielder struck just before half time to claim all three points for Viktor Gancharenko’s side, and put them one point clear ahead of Zenit St. Petersburg and city rivals Spartak.

Rotor remain in the automatic relegation places on six points, while CSKA finish the matchday top of the table on 28 points.
