print version

FC Tambov 1-2 Dynamo Moscow
Sunday 1 November, Mordovia Arena

Goals: Tambov - Onugkha (pen 64); Dynamo - Lesovoy (8), Komlichenko (pen 90+3)

Man of the Match: Anton Shunin (Dynamo Moscow)

Sent off: Tambov - Anton Kilin (54), Guram Tetrashvili (60)

Dynamo survived a 99th minute penalty from German Onugkha to claim a dramatic win over nine-man Tambov. Daniil Lesovoy had given Dynamo an early lead as they remained in almost complete control. Within 15 minutes of the restart, Tambov were down to nine men as Anton Kulin and Guram Tetrashvili were sent off, but moments later German Onugkha equalised from the penalty spot.

It took Dynamo until the third minute of added time to retake the lead through Nikolay Komlichenko’s spot kick. There was still time for Onugkha to claim the unlikeliest of points with his second penalty, only for Anton Shunin to keep it out.

Tambov stay 12th on 12 points, while Dynamo jump up to fourth on 23 points.

Next RPL fixtures: Saturday 7 November - FC Tambov vs Akhmat Grozny; Sunday 8 November - Dynamo Moscow vs Lokomotiv Moscow.
