Remy Cabella snapped Krasnodar’s RPL losing streak, which had run to three games - five if you include all competitions - with the only goal of the game. Both sides finished with 10 men after Egor Sorokin and Varazdat Haroyan were given their marching orders within three minutes of each other around the hour mark. 

In the last quarter of an hour, Ari made his first appearance since suffering a serious injury in March this year. Mikhail Kostyukov had a brilliant solo goal narrowly ruled out by VAR for offside.

Krasnodar jump up to ninth on 21 points, while Tambov stay 12th on 12 points.
