Krasnodar lose a point against Sevilla due to late goal

Krasnodar continued winless in the Champions League group stage after the loss to Sevilla. The visitors started the game with a quick goal by Ivan Rakitic, who buried the ball in the angle from the distance. After the half-time Remy Cabella hit the post of Tomas Vaclik net, and later Wanderson, who came from the bench, scored an equaliser through the ricochet from Sekou Kounde. The draw slipped from Krasnodar on the fifth minute of the added time after the goal by Munir El-Haddadi.

The second group E fixture Rennes vs Chelsea ended with 2-1 victory for English side. Chelsea alongside Sevilla qualified for the playoffs. Krasnodar stay third with one point.
