Berg brings Krasnodar the first Champions League win and Europa League play-off

After three defeats in a row Krasnodar got the first ever win in the Champions League group stage. Marcus Berg scored the only goal in the 71st minute after physical play and capitalizing the break away, which brought him second goal in this campaign.

With getting four points in the meetings against the French side Murad Musaev’s team guaranteed third place in the group and a spot in Europa League play-off. Rennes stay bottom on one point.
