RPL matchday 23 fixtures will kick off with a minute's silence in memory of Yury Shikunov

Before Spartak vs Ural the participants will also honour the memory of Arnold Fedun.

Yury Shikunov was a Master of Sports of the USSR and a Honored Coach of the RSFSR. He became a 1964 European Championship runner-up with the Soviet Union national team and earned a national championship silver medal with SKA Rostov-on-Don in 1966. After retiring as a player, he worked as a team leader in SKA, coach at Rostselmash and was head coach of Shakhtyor Shakhty. Yury Ivanovich passed away on 15 March in the age of 81.

Arnold Fedun was a People’s Doctor of the USSR and an Honored Doctor of the RSFSR. He worked as a surgeon at the Baikonur Cosmodrome and was a Head Doctor in the Strategic Missile Forces of the Soviet Union. He was a Spartak Moscow supporter, and his son Leonid Fedun is the club’s chairman of the board of directors. Arnold Antonovich passed away on 16 March in the age of 92.
