Noboa double seals vital Sochi win against 10-man Krasnodar

Christian Noboa struck after just five minutes to put top-four challengers Sochi in control in the clash of southern rivals from the penalty spot. 

On the hour mark Dmitry Stotsky - whose handball had lead to the early penalty - pulled Viktor Goncharenko's men back level. 

Their chances of completing the comeback were severely hampered with just over 10 minutes to go when Remy Cabella was sent off. 

With five minutes left, Sochi struck twice to take all three points. Anton Zabolotny lashed a fierce drive into the top corner to retake the lead, before Noboa scored a third deep into added time to keep Sochi's European dreams alive. 

Krasnodar stay 10th on 38 points, while Sochi move up to fifth on 49 points.
