Mikhail Galaktionov has announced his Russia Under-21 squad for the friendlies that will be played in preparation for the new qualifying cycle of the 2023 UEFA Under-21 European Championship.

Preparation for the new cycle will begin on 29 May, when the team will meet in Novogorsk.
Galaktionov's players will meet Bulgaria on 3 June at the Bulgarian national team base, and then Serbia on 6 June at the Serbian national team base.
