Japan 4-1 Tajikistan
Rostov midfielder Kento Hashimoto scored for the second consecutive game. On 3 June, the 27-year-old scored a goal in a friendly against Japan U-24, and three days later scored his first goal in an official match. In the match against Tajikistan, Hashimoto scored his team's third goal in the 51st minute. In the 68th minute, he was substituted.

Japan won their seventh match of seven in the second stage, securing first place in group F ahead of schedule and participation in the third round of qualification. Hajime Moriyasu's team will play a friendly against Serbia on 11 June, and will finish the second stage of 2022 World Cup qualifiers with a home game against Kyrgyzstan on 15 June.
Iraq 4-1 Cambodia
Krylia Sovetov midfielder Safaa Hadi came on as a substitute at half-time and scored his first goal for the national team in added time, which took him 32 games. The Iraqis lead Group C after six games, with 14 points. They will play the last two matches in the second stage of qualification away - against Hong Kong on 11 June, and Iran on 15 June.
Iran 3-0 Bahrain
Zenit striker Sardar Azmoun played 73 minutes and scored twice. He opened the scoring in the 54th minute, and in the 61st increased the home team's advantage. Now the Iranian forward has 36 goals for the national team.

With 12 points in six games, Iran are second in Group C and ahead of Bahrain on goal difference. Before the clash with group leaders Iraq, which will be held on 15 June, Iran will meet Cambodia on 11 June.
The third stage of the 2022 World Cup Asian qualifiers will include seven winners from eight groups - first place in group E was guaranteed by hosts Qatar - and the best five runners-up.
