Aleks Kral's Czech Republic battled through a tough first half before edging in front on the stroke of half time through a thumping header from Patrick Schick. 

Soon after the break Schick produced another moment of magic, curling an outrageous first-time chip from 50 yards looping over David Marshall's head.
