Yuri Semin held by Khimki in his first game as Rostov manager

Legendary coach Yuri Semin started off his career in Rostov with a draw against Khimki in Moscow. Loanee striker Nikolay Komlichenko gave the away side the lead with a well taken finish early on in the first half, but veteran midfielder Denis Glushakov scored a penalty in the second half to level the game. In the end the score remained level and there was nothing to separate the two sides.

Rostov are still in the relegation zone, yet to find their first win of the season. Khimki are firmly in mid table, with a win, draw and loss in their first set of games.
