RPL Matchday 6 fixtures moved to 25-28 August

At the request of the RFU and taking into account the interests of the Russian national team, the Russian Premier Liga has agreed to postpone the RPL matchday six fixtures from the weekend of 28-29 August to the period of 25-28 August.

The decision was made by a majority vote of the RPL clubs.

Publication of the exact schedule with kickoff times for those fixtures is planned for Friday 13 August, after Sochi and Rubin Kazan will complete their Europa Conference League third qualifying round return legs, which will be held on 12 August.

If those two teams reach the playoff round, the Spartak vs Sochi and Krasnodar vs Rubin fixtures will be provisionally postponed to 1 December.
