Agalarov heroics clinch tight win for Ufa

Gamid Agalarov was once again the match winner for Ufa, begging his seventh and eight goals to seal a five-goal thriller, and send himself top of the RPL scoring charts. 

Even a double from Denis Glushakov could save the visitors, despite them taking the lead just before the break. 

In fact Khimki were on top for the first half with Reziuan Mirzov also striking the crossbar from a free kick. Then Ufa's Russia under-21 international forward Agalarov hit back twice in the second half, sandwiching a Vladislav Kamilov goal. 

There was late drama, again involving Agalarov, as his handball earned Khimki a penalty which Glushakov smashed in off the bar, but too late to affect the result. 

Ufa go up to 11th on eight points, while Khimki stay 14th on six points.
