Cabella stars as nine-man Krasnodar win fiery derby

Krasnodar's renaissance continued with a thumping 3-0 win, despite Uros Spajic and Aleksandr Chernikov being sent off. 

Eduard Spertsyan set the tone for a pulsating encounter in just the third minute, with a brilliantly taken individual effort. 

Not content to simply watch his teammates produce magic, Remy Cabella showed ice-cool composure to twice turn inside his marker and slot a wonderful second after 20 minutes. 

Before the break Spajic brought down Mateo Cassierra and gave the visitors a lifeline, but they failed to take it. Soon after the break, then 10-man hosts won a penalty, which Grzegorz Krychowiak converted calmly. 

Chernikov was sent for an early bath with less than quarter of an hour left, but Sochi were still unable to affect the outcome. 

Krasnodar leapfrog Sochi into fourth on 16 points, with Sochi now fifth on 15 points.
