Dynamo sparked out by ruthless Krylia performance

After an electric start from Dynamo where they dominated proceedings - Sebastian Szymanski and Dmitry Skopintsev in particular were in inspired form - it was the visitors who took the lead. 

Despite Dynamo outgunning Krylia nine shots to one in the opening half an hour, it was the visitors' that counted as Roman Ezhov was set clear by Ivan Sergeev to slot home an ice-cool finish. 

Almost 20 minutes after the break the duo combined again, but somehow contrived to waste a rare golden opportunity. Sergeev was sent through, but unselfishly opted to slide in Ezhov for a clear shot, but the goalscorer dragged his first time effort into the side netting. 

On the day they paid tribute to club anthem writer Nikolay Arutyunov, who passed away 10 days ago, Dynamo were left singing the blues. 

Dynamo remain second on 19 points, while Krylia go 10th on 13 points.
