Cassierra spark Sochi win over Rostov

Mateo Cassierra was key to Sochi's comfortable win over southern rivals Rostov, setting up Arthur Yusupov for the opener, before later adding a goal of his own. 

In between Christian Noboa converted a penalty to put Sochi in command, but by then they were already in front after Yusupov's simple side foot finish. 

Cassierra all but settled the outcome with a calmly taken first-time finish from a one-two with Nikita Burmistrov just after the half hour. 

Rostov showed some character to hit back soon after the break through Bastos, before pulling another back in added time thanks to Ali Sowe, but it was all in vain. 

Sochi stay within touch of the top in third place with 22 points, while Rostov remain 14th on nine points.
