Stubborn Ural rearguard action frustrates 10-man Zenit

Although Zenit predictably dominated possession with almost twice as much of the ball in the first half things didn't all go their way. 

Yaroslav Rakitsky was slightly fortunate to stay on the pitch just before the break after conceding a risky free kick while already on a booking. Moments after the restart, Claudinho was shown a straight red for lunging towards Arsen Adamov, and suddenly the onus was on the visitors to keep it tight. 

Very few clear-cut chances arose after half time, but Ural won't complain after another clean sheet and a precious point against the champions. 

Ural stay bottom on 11 points, while Zenit remain top on 30 points.
