RPL teams’ winter training camps: Arsenal lose to Szeged, Khimki draw with Banik

On 21 January, two RPL teams played friendly matches in Turkey.

Arsenal 1-2 Szeged

Arsenal took on Szeged, who occupy fifth place in the Hungarian second tier. Ayaz Guliev put Arsenal ahead in the first half, but Miodrag Bojovic's men then conceded twice as they slipped to defeat. In the next match, Arsenal will play Akron on 30 January.

Khimki 1-1 Banik

Banik are currently fifth in the Czech top flight. Khimki’s only goal was scored by Zakhar Volkov, on loan from BATE, set up by another newcomer in Nemanja Glavcic. On 24 January, Khimki will play Dynamo Ceske Budejovice.
