Aleksey Rozhkov appointed RPL Director of Communications

The Russian Premier Liga has announced the appointment of Aleksey Rozhkov as Director of Communications. In this position, he will be responsible for the league's information policy and interaction with the media.

Aleksey was born on 4 July 1981. He graduated from the Faculty of International Journalism of MGIMO. For 15 years he worked in various media outlets: Gazeta.ru, Vremya Novostey, Gazeta, Vedomosti, and RIA Novosti.

From 2015 to 2021, he worked for the organising committees of the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the 2020 UEFA European Championship in St. Petersburg.

Aleksey is married, and has a daughter.
