On 8 February, four RPL teams held friendly matches in Turkey and the UAE.

Rubin 2-2 Dynamo Batumi

Rubin took on the Georgian championship outfit, with all their goals scored in the second half. German Onugkha scored for Rubin from the penalty spot, while Kirill Klimov scored the other. This match was the last for Leonid Slutsky's team at their second training camp in Turkey. The team's next training camp will also be held in Turkey, from 12 to 24 February.  

Spartak 3-1 Ural

The Red-Whites picked up their first victory of 2022 against Ural thanks to goals from Ayrton, Roman Zobnin and Shamar Nicholson. It was the Jamaican newcomer's first strike in warm-up games for Spartak. The only goal for Ural was scored by Aleksey Evseev. Ural will play Ararat Armenia on 9 February, while Spartak will complete their training camp in the UAE on 12 February.

Khimki 1-3 Helsingor

Khimki faced opponents from the Danish First division. The only goal of the Moscow Region team was scored by David Davidyan. The next fixture for Khimki will be held on 9 February against Hermannstadt.
