The Russian Football Union has approved the calendar of relegation play-off matches for the right to participate in the RPL in the 2022/23 season.
From the RPL, Khimki and Ufa got into the joints, taking 13th and 14th places respectively. The FNL will be represented by Orenburg and SKA-Khabarovsk, who finished third and fourth respectively. According to the results of the draw held on May 18, the RPL teams will play the first matches on away.
Kick-off times are given in CET.
Wednesday 25 May

16:30 FC Orenburg vs FC Ufa
Saturday 28 May
13:00 FC Khimki vs SKA-Khabarovsk
15:00 FC Ufa vs FC Orenburg
If the aggregate score after two legs is tied, the winner will be determined by the number of goals scored on away.
If the teams score the same number of goals both at home and away, extra time will be played after the second match in the format of two halves of 15 minutes.
If the tie continues after extra time, a penalty shoot-out will be played.
The winners of relegation play-off will be eligible to take part in the 2022/23 RPL season, subject to the terms of the regulations and if they receive an RFU-1 license to participate in the competition.
