Torpedo, Fakel and Orenburg officially join RPL

On 16 June, RPL General Meeting discussed the acceptance of new clubs.

The managers of the league and clubs studied the documents provided by Torpedo, Fakel and Orenburg, and unanimously accepted these clubs as new RPL members.

Torpedo and Fakel won the right to participate in the RPL directly: the Black-Whites took first place in the FNL, while the Voronezh team finished second. Orenburg promoted through relegation play-off, as they beat Ufa 4-3 on aggregate.
