On Thursday, 23 June, the RFU Executive Committee held a meeting in person at the House of Football in Moscow.

In relation to the RPL, the following decisions were made:

- approve the composition of the league participants for the 2022/23 season

These participants are Zenit, Sochi, Dynamo, Krasnodar, CSKA, Lokomotiv, Akhmat, Krylia Sovetov, Rostov, Spartak, Pari Nizhny Novgorod, Ural, Khimki, Torpedo, Fakel and Orenburg.

- approve the RPL regulations (the document will be published on the RPL official website later)
