Eight goals bring Zenit their biggest win in the RPL

RPL leaders continued their winning streak at home stadium making five wins in five matches. They started crushing Orenburg with fast goal from Wendel, later the visitors could tie the game, but Vladimir Sychevoy touched the ball with arm, so his goal was cancelled. Next Daler Kuzyaev led Ivan Sergeev to score fourth goal this season, and two minutes later the midfielder reached the net himself. Teams left the field for the break with 5-0 score, Malcom got his name on the scoresheet with Wendel scoring brace.

Defeat of Orenburg lasted with Aleksandr Pavlovets hitting the ball to own net, Malcom scoring incredible bicycle kick and Wendel getting first career hat-trick. 8-0 is the biggest win for Zenit in national championships, it passed the previous 8-1 wins against Luch Energiya Vladivostok and Torpedo Moscow.

Zenit stay first with 23 points, while Orenburg are 12th on nine points.
