Three goals, three points and third win in a row, that’s how Rostov spent their trip to Samara. Valery Karpin was forced to watch the game from stands, as he was suspended for four yellow cards. His side started with another masterpiece from Danil Glebov, team captain scored from long distance and tied his season best in RPL with four goals. Nikolay Komlichenko earned a penalty for his side, and Dmitry Poloz, like in the first leg, scored from the spot. Krylia came close after Vladislav Shitov got the goal from rebound, but Rostov turned next set piece into goal, Maksim Osipenko became a scorer with help by Komlichenko.
Before Spartak will face Lokomotiv, Rostov are second with 35 points, while Krylia go eleventh on 20 points.
