On 16 February, five RPL teams participated in friendly matches in Turkey.
Krylia Sovetov Samara 2-3 Neftchi Fergana
First of two games played this day Krylia lost to Neftchi, ninth-placed team of the past season in Uzbekistan Super League. Samara conceded three unanswered goals in the first half from Neftchi, Aleksandr Soldatenkov and Vladimir Khubulov cut the gap to one goal in nine minutes, but it was not enough to escape the defeat.
Torpedo Moscow 2-0 Lokomotiv Moscow U-21
Another team to play two matches a day was Torpedo, who started with beating youth team of Lokomotiv. Stefan Sapic gave the lead with goal in first ten minutes, and in the second half Maksim Turischev, Railwaymen graduate, scored second to confirm the first win for Black-Whites this winter.
Torpedo Moscow 0-3 Krylia Sovetov Samara
After morning matches RPL teams faced each other, and Krylia left with big win. In the first half two new players scored for Samara, these were Benjamin Garre and Vladimir Sychevoy (Pisarsky), and Dmitry Tsypchenko extended the lead to three in the end of regular time. For Krylia this was the last game before resuming the season, while Torpedo will be training in Turkey until 24 February.
FC Orenburg 2-1 Pari NN
Another RPL sides meeting ended in favor of Orenburg, who captured first win at camps. They got early two-goal lead with shots from Danil Kapustyansky and Braian Mansilla in first 16 minutes. Denis Glushakov scored the first goal in Pari NN friendlies on 53rd minute, and he was close to equalize, but his penalty shot in the end of second half was saved by Nikolay Sysuev, former Nizhny keeper.
Akhmat Grozny 1-1 Rubin Kazan
Sergey Tashuev’s team got the lead in 17 minutes, when Vladimir Ilyin scored against former RPL participant. Rubin made game tied in the second half through Aleksandr Lomovitsky, who came back from Khimki loan. Earlier Kazan team beat Krylia Sovetov 2-1, and in three days they will face CSKA in Turkey.
