Sochi finish camps winning against Khimki and Baltika

On 24 February, FC Sochi played in Turkey final two games of winter camps.

FC Sochi 2-0 FC Khimki

Southern side beat Moscow Region team in the morning game with two goals scored by youth team players. First one was Shodibek Sharipov, who opened the score on 22nd minute, and in the final minute of regular time Zakhar Fedorov extended Sochi lead. Khimki finished the camps with two wins, two draws and seven losses in 11 matches.

FC Sochi 1-0 Baltika Kaliningrad

In the evening Sochi met First League leaders, coached by six-time RPL champion Sergey Ignashevich. Luka Djordjevic scored the winning goal in 14 minutes after second half started. Including Winline RPL Winter Cup, team played 10 matches during winter getting seven wins and three defeats.

Khimki will resume the RPL season facing Fakel in Voronezh on Friday 3 March, while Sochi will meet CSKA at Fisht Central Stadium on Sunday 5 March.
