RPL statement on situation in Volga vs Zenit match

The Russian Premier Liga condemns the manifestation of racism at the Russian Cup match between Volga Ulyanovsk and Zenit St. Petersburg.

We hope for the prompt consideration of the incident by the competent authorities, including the RFU CDC (Control-Disciplinary Committee of Russian Football Union), and the imposition of the most severe punishment on the perpetrators and those who committed this offense.
