Krylia made another trip to Moscow, now they started short series against CSKA, as both sides will meet again in RPL Path semi-finals of Russian Cup on Wednesday. At VEB Arena the Armymen earned comfortable lead before the half-time; Anton Zabolotny with his header ended RPL goalless streak, which had been running since December 2021, Ivan Oblyakov doubled the advantage after the interception, and Fedor Chalov finishing in the keeper area was the third goal. Number four made four-goal win for CSKA, thanks to Willyan Rocha shot after the corner kick.

CSKA still fifth with 32 points, while Krylia are eleventh on 20 points.
