Control-Disciplinary Committee of Russian Football Union considered protest from Torpedo Moscow on RPL Matchday 20 fixture against Pari Nizhny Novgorod.
Due to participation of suspended player the result of match played on Sunday 19 March is void (1-1 draw), and Pari NN are awarded with 0-3 loss.
Torpedo appealed with protest because of Yaroslav Mikhaylov, who played for Pari NN despite being on suspension after fourth yellow card got in previous fixture against Rostov (he got two cards with Zenit-2 in Second League, added two with Pari NN in RPL). According to paragraph 19.3 of RPL Regulations the player was illegible to participate in the match.
