Heated Armymen with three straight wins behind hosted cold Khimki, who captured one point since restart and resigned Spartak Gogniev. Rinat Bilyaletdinov took the duties at trip to VEB Arena, and it could be different game, if Irakly Chezhia scored his header, but he hit the bar. CSKA made double strike in four minutes, Ivan Oblyakov scored third this spring and then assisted Bakhtiyor Zaynutdinov to get 2-0 lead before half-time. Second half saw Jorge Carrascal coming from the bench, and in 15 minutes the Colombian turned his long shot into goal, first in RPL since September and sixth in total this season. CSKA won fourth in a row, all wins with clean sheets, and this one is first for 19-year-old Vladislav Torop, who played instead unhealthy Igor Akinfeev.
CSKA keep fourth with 41 points, Khimki stay 15th on 13 points.
