RPL Matchday 23
Krylia Sovetov Samara 0-0 FC Khimki
Saturday 15 April, Soildarnost Samara Arena

Man of the Match: Janio Bikel (Khimki)

Samara welcomed some familiar faces with Khimki, Andrey Talalaev was Krylia head coach in their past elimination from RPL in 2019/20 season. Vitaly Lystsov, came back from suspension, also reminded about Krylia past, and he hit the post after corner kick. Anton Mitryushkin had more work to deal with, and he saved five shots to get first clean sheet in RPL career, where he debuted in 2014 for Spartak Moscow. Reziuan Mirzov could be luckier in the end, when he pushed the ball little higher the top corner, and Talalaev frustration on that moment caused a red card for Khimki old new head coach.

Krylia Sovetov are twelfth with 25 points, while Khimki still 15th on 14 points.

Next RPL fixtures: Saturday 22 April – Khimki vs Torpedo; Sunday 23 April – Pari NN vs Krylia Sovetov
