It took three matches for Sochi since Kurban Berdyev’s departure to take first win, and Dmitry Khokhlov got it with help of well-known players, he coached in Dynamo. Back-to-back passes between Artur Yusupov and Joaozinho finished with goal from naturalized Brazilian. Joaozinho added an assist before the break, his corner kick led to Kirill Kravtsov goal. Yusupov became an assistant again, he threw the ball to Kirill Zaika, and he scored the volley to make three-goal lead. Torpedo came back with stunner from Mihail Caimacov, but it left their only goal in Sochi.
Sochi go ninth with 34 points, while Torpedo stay bottom on 13 points.
