FC Khimki and Torpedo Moscow, finished bottom of the league, relegated directly to First League.

Procedure to exclude the relegated clubs and accept promoted clubs will be held at RPL General Meeting. 2022/23 season results and participants list for next season should be confirmed by RFU Executive Committee.
