RPL General Meeting gave memberships to Rubin and Baltika, excluded Khimki and Torpedo

On 16 June, RPL General Meeting summed up the results of 2022/23 season.

Following RPL president Aleksandr Alaev speech, the official league report on last season was agreed. The document will be sent for approval to RFU Executive Committee Bureau.

General Meeting excluded FC Khimki and Torpedo Moscow from RPL members, as both clubs finished in the relegation zone. Rubin Kazan and Baltika Kaliningrad, two best teams of last season First League, were given the membership in RPL.

Clubs also agreed the draft of Regulations for 2023/24 season. The Regulations must be approved by the RFU Executive Committee.
