RPL offer the model to distribute the incomes between clubs on KPI basis

On Wednesday 12 July, RPL General Meeting took place in Moscow.

The participants agreed the following decisions:

• to approve changes in the RPL Technical Regulations, which regulate communication with mass media, main broadcaster, and partners.
• to agree the system of payments to referees’ staff until 2026 and compensation of expenses for buying VAR equipment to RFU.
• to approve the report on AFC RPL financial plan for 2022/23 season.
• to approve the 2023/24 season financial plan.
• to approve AFC RPL Electing Regulations.
• to elect members for RPL Board on one-year term.
• to assign RPL Board to make an optimal model of distribution the incomes and expenses between the clubs noting the possible addition of extra criteria on teams’ activities (home matches attendance, work in digital sphere, young players using) since 2024/25 season and further.
