Two RPL players made appearances for Brazil U-23 in match against Venezuela U-23 at CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament.
The Brazilians, reigning Olympic champions, suffered 1-3 defeat from tournament hosts. Lokomotiv defender Lucas Fasson played all 90 minutes, while CSKA defender Khellven came as substitute for 22 minutes.
Brazil finished top of group A with nine points after four matches and moved to the next stage of the tournament alongside Venezuela, who became second with eight points. Ecuador, who had Orenburg forward Justin Cuero, eliminated from the qualification, as well as Bolivia and Colombia.
Now Brazil will play in the final group with Venezuela again, they will be joined by Argentina and Paraguay, best teams of group B. All teams will face each other once, and top two will qualify to 2024 Olympic Games, hosted by Paris in summer.

At Pre-Olympic Tournament the final match will come for Uruguay U-23 and Dynamo defender Nicolas Marichal, as they will play against Argentina.
Quarterfinals will be played at Africa Cup of Nations in Cote-d’Ivoire, and DR Congo with Spartak midfielder Theo Bongonda will battle against Guinea.
