Russian Premier League president Aleksandr Alaev on the situation with Week 5 fixture between Fakel Voronezh and Spartak Moscow.
“According to the Voronezh Region Administration decision to hold all sports events without spectators, Fakel football club addressed the RPL to exchange home fixtures with Spartak.
“Club and league supported the idea, so the Week 5 fixture will be held at Lukoil Arena in Moscow. The reschedule was agreed by RPL president and approved by Russian Football Union president.
“I want to thank all involved sides for allowing the teams to play in front of fans. We continue to follow the situation for taking decisions on Fakel home matches”, Aleksandr Alaev said.
