Quincy Promes trains according to his individual programme

Spartak continues preparation for the Saturday match of the country Championship against Ural. On 19 October they started their training at 11:00 and lasted for about an hour and a half. At first the players had a warming up and then they played.

Goalkeeper of the reserve team Alexander Maximenko and midfield of Spartak-2 Artem Timofeev had their training with the main squad. Besides, three representatives of U-21 team trained with the main squad – defender Andrey Shigorev (born in 1997), midfields Ilya Mazurov and Petr Volodkin (both born in 1999).

The Red-Whites will depart to Ekaterinburg on Friday evening.
