Fakel Voronezh officially parted ways with head coach Dmitry Pyatibratov, as the manager decided to leave the club on immediate effect after 0-5 loss to Krasnodar in RPL Week 22 fixture.
Pyatibratov is the second head coach to leave Fakel this season. He came in August after the club released Igor Cherevchenko, who took the job in April 2024.
It was the second coming for Pyatibratov to Fakel, as he was a part of coaching staff from 2020 to 2023, including the time of being head coach during 2022/23 RPL season. This time the 48-year-old coach earned 13 points with the team in 18 league matches.
Fakel go 15th with 14 points after 22 matches played in RPL. Team is on a five-game losing streak, ten-game streak without wins and six-game goalless streak. Next matchweek Fakel will face Akhmat at home field on 5 April.
