Ural Ekaterinburg announced that Yuri Matveev will continue his job as permanent team head coach.
Matveev was hired as interim coach after the departure of Dmitry Parfenov following the relegation from Russian Cup semi-finals. He coached the team in the last RPL matchday of the season, when Ural lost to Lokomotiv Moscow 0-1 at home.
53-year-old coach has been working in the club since 2008. Two last seasons Matveev was a head coach in Ural-2, which played in PFL.
