Nigerian international Victor Moses has signed for Spartak Moscow on loan until the end of the current Russian Premier Liga season. Spartak have the option to make the move permanent next summer.

The 29-year-old is embarking on his sixth loan spell since joining 2012 Champions League winners Chelsea, with whom he won the Premier League and FA Cup. En route to lifting the Europa League trophy in 2013 he scored home and away against Rubin Kazan.

Despite representing England at youth level all the way up to under-21 level, he decided to play for his country of birth at senior level. He has scored 12 goals in 38 appearances, and was crowned African Cup of Nations champion in 2013.
